I’m so glad you’re here. Thank you for trusting me with this big step for your new business. I'm so excited to bring Send a Claim to life with you, in a way that feels clear, purposeful, and aligned with everything you’re building.

This page will walk you through what to expect, what I’ll need from you, and how we’ll work together to make the most of this process. Let’s build something simple, smart, and truly helpful, just like your Send a Claim.

Because all projects are collaborative, I love having clear, open and honest communication throughout the process. If you don't agree with me, or if I've not quite caught the heart of what you're saying, let me know! You're the expert in your field.

You can chat to me anytime on email, WhatsApp or iMessage. I'm really flexible with communication, but love to have action steps or specific requests in email so they don't get lost.

I'm also happy to hop on calls to keep us aligned and in tune with each other throughout the process.

I'll respond timely during the morning and again in the evening, and the afternoons are more 'as I am able' as my second shift starts when school ends.

Create and share your Webflow Account

  1. Navigate to https://webflow.com.
  2. Click the top right hand button that says Get Started - It's Free.
  3. Once you've created and verified your account, share your login credentials with me.
  4. This ensures that your site always remains yours with clear and easy access to edit and update and you never get locked out of it.
  5. Once I’ve created your website project inside Webflow I will direct you to adding a site plan which allows us to connect custom fonts, create collections and utilise custom code within the website.
  6. When the project is done and your website is live, you're welcome to change the password.

Strategy proposal and creative direction sent to you: start of week of 4 August

Design proposal for branding and website homepage: week of 11 August (if strategy and creative direction approved)

Visual branding

Brand graphics included:

  • All logo marks (primary logo, secondary logo, and submark)
  • Typography pairings and styling (no font files will be shared or included)
  • Colour palette
  • Icons as needed
  • Custom pattern or visual motif if necessary
  • Stock image suggestions

Mini brand strategy includes:

  • Questionnaire and concise strategy detailing the Brand vision, Core values and purpose to guide website copywriting and Target audience story to understand the desired brand experience.

Brand Manual:

  • A PDF document detailing strategy and brand elements, with guidelines on how to use them.

Marketing materials:

  • 4 Canva templates for Facebook and Instagram post using brand assets

Website Design

  • Design and development of custom website in Webflow.
  • Monthly hosting fees are for Client’s own account.
  • Client can export the HTML to host elsewhere with the understanding the website will lose the Webflow elements like animation, etc.
  • Design prototype for desktop and mobile (Figma), includes 3 rounds of refinement.
  • Upon approval, development of live website on staging domain.
  • Additional pages or increasing the scope incurs additional fees. These will be quoted for separately based on needs arising throughout the project.
  • All copy and content for website needs to be provided prior to design prototyping.
  • No copywriting or content creation is included in these fees.
  • Optimised for mobile and built with accessibility in mind.
  • Integrated with Google Analytics and clear customised Open Graph settings for Facebook sharing.
  • Included pages:
    • Homepage with core messaging and strong value proposition
    • Features page to explain offering and process clearly and simply
    • About page with founder story and team
    • Contact page with form
    • CMS-based Help & Tutorials section (Collection to feed content into)
