The first thing on our agenda is a strategy workshop.  I’ll facilitate an initial workshop where we comb through your story, who your people are, why you’re invested in and passionate about what you do and what your vision is.

I’ll distil and refine our workshop into a strategy presentation where we cover your brand heart, messaging and essence and take a detailed look at who your people are.

We workshop this strategy in an additional 3 weekly calls until you feel it’s reflective of you, your values and your purpose, while covering any other areas you would like support in.

Everything we develop lives forever in a strategy manual. Sounds snoozy but! It's 20+ pages of brand gold that you can refer back to for years (and years). I don't believe in one-size-fits-all approaches, for business or life. I value your agency and autonomy and won't push a mould or formula that doesn't honour your unique circumstance, values and experience.

I won't sell you something if I don't believe I'd be able to help you reach your goals. I also don't do bullshit promises of grand outcomes or revenue and will always be working towards putting human-ness above revenue.
